What Is A WAM?

A world action model is a robot policy or policy-learning pipeline where learned forward dynamics, future-state prediction, or world-model latent structure is central to action generation. This boundary could reasonably be called VAMs, or video action models, but this atlas uses WAM because the important property is not video as a medium. It is whether the model can predict how the world changes under action. Methods that only predict static geometry or 3D keypoints, without forward dynamics, are outside the scope.

Uncertainty Notes

The cards normalize paper claims into a common architecture schema. A low uncertainty note means the local extracted paper text or survey table directly supports the card. A medium or high note means the card is synthesized from survey notes, source filenames, and BibTeX metadata and should be verified against the paper before citation.
